I want to tell you a missing piece that will make your ads more effective, capture more attention and get you more clients.
And with a lot of local businesses missing out on this, it will give you a real unfair advantage.
So, let’s go over it.
It’s Costing You Clients
After analyzing hundreds of ads, there was one thing that caught my attention the most.
It makes and breaks your ads and it starts with one simple question:
“What Is The Offer In My Ad?”
A compelling offer is what…
Every. Single. Ad.
Needs.
Something that tells your audience what you want them to do.
It could be:
Fill out the form
Opt in with their email
Request a quote
And the biggest problem I see is…
Confusing and unclear offers.
Without a clear offer, your marketing budget will only go down the drain.
Let’s call it a “threshold problem.”
Why Your Ads Aren’t Getting Enough Clients
If your ad says: “Give us a call.”
Most people WILL NEVER CALL YOU.
Rarely is an ad so compelling that someone stops scrolling and calls you immediately.
Most people are lazy, so make it easy for them to say yes.
How To Create Low Threshold Offers
Easy and low commitment offers will increase the response to your ads drastically.
Examples of High vs. Low-Threshold Offers:
🚫 High-Threshold Offers (Harder to Convert):
"Call us now"
"Schedule a Zoom call" (for someone who doesn’t know you)
✅ Low-Threshold Offers (Easier to Convert):
"Fill out a quick form"
"Visit our website"
"Watch this short video"
"Text us for a free quote"
If something takes only a few seconds, people will more likely do it.
And if you just started advertising, or nobody knows you, low-threshold offers will bring in more clients and sales.
Even if they already know you, or read/watched a lot of your content, then you can get away with high-threshold offers.
But, it is still better to do the low-threshold offers as much as you can.
Do Not Make This Mistake
Many business owners take too much time to respond to others.
And the longer it takes for you to follow-up, the less likely it is that they will buy from you.
So, once someone gets in touch with you, do not wait.
Contact them as soon as possible.
