There is a way for you to outshine your competition that does not require any extra marketing budget or a lot of time to implement.


In the next 3 minutes I will give you a few ideas that you can test and make sure any potential client will consider working with you rather than with anyone else.


Don’t Be Like Everyone


Most businesses say the exact same thing.


They just waffle. "We do X", "We do Y", "We are the best."


Doesn't do anything, doesn't move the needle.


If your competitor can say exactly what you say, what will make me pick you over them?


People who will typically take you on your offer after you have already grabbed their attention.


Will do so based on one thing…


Your message.


And it’s where you make them realise WHY it is better to choose you over others.


Tell Them Everything


There are many things that worked for businesses in the past that are not used as often as they should.


Many fall into a trap of doing what is familiar even if it does not yield any great results.


Because it’s easier.


So, what's the first thing you can do? Developing a unique value proposition.


Could be something as simple as discounts, free evaluation, or a free quote.


We are not reinventing the wheel here, and you might even be using some of them already.


Next is the message in how they are presented.


For example, using a doctor analogy, you can make your “free quote” sound more compelling simply because you focus on selling cures instead of prevention to diseases.


Most people won't realize they need to prevent something from happening. But they can do all kinds of stuff when problem is actually visible.


It’s also called a bleeding neck problem…


And what can truly change the game for you is...


Giving away free value.


It could be an e-book, or a series of emails that will help them solve a problem.


You can even tell them EVERYTHING for free.


For free? Why would anyone give away their “secrets” for free?


After all, you have been studying and doing your job for years, it did cost you time and money to get where you are now.


And now you would just give it all away for free?


Yes, you should.


There is this massive misconception.


That no matter how much information you give to people for free, only 1 in a thousand might actually do something about it.


Why is that? Let me explain.


Imagine you are a shoemaker, you can give people a free eBook of all ins and out on how to make shoes, from obtaining resources to finally crafting them.


And of course the vast majority of people will not do it, because it’s hard or time consuming.


it's easier to just go to the shop and buy them.


You can do the exact same thing, where at the end you might say: “If you don’t want to spend time learning this, making mistakes and getting frustrated, contact me and I will do this for you!”


So, give away all your secrets, show them how hard it is to accomplish the task, and make it easy for them to contact you.


It will help you establish trust and credibility in their eyes faster, turning them into clients easier than ever.
